Sizing:
You may have noticed that some items do not have a size guide, and we are aware of it. Our focus is to get our products online and available to you as fast as possible - sometimes we dont have the time to measure properly, thus leaving it behind.
Do note that 99% of all items are true to size and if you have any doubts or questions regarding a certain item, just contact us and we'll help you out!
Availability:
The webshop that we currently work with has some problems with hiding products that are sold out - this means that you can see them in the shop sometimes. But if an Add to cart option does not show up on your specified choice, then it is unfortunately not available.
Shipping/Delievery:
We try hard to get your package sent within 24 hours after you place your order. If we have received the order before 09.00 AM GMT+1 we are able to ship it the same day.
As a standard we do however ask of you to allow delivery within 3-5 work days in Sweden and 3-6 work days for Europe.
All packages are sent with Posten, the swedish postal service.
Upon your order you will receive a tracking number, so that you can track of your package - note that the number usually activates about 24 hours after the order has been shipped out.
Returns & Exchanges:
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise for a full refund of the products price within 14 days of the invoice date on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Please note: We do not refund initial or return shipping and handling charges, including the costs of the original shipping fee for items that were initially shipped for free. Sale items are final sale and are not returnable, if not applicable by Swedish law.
To initiate a return please mail us with the following info as found below.
- All items must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed with original tags attached.
- All returns or exchanges MUST have a Return Authorization number, obtained via email.
- Any questions regarding your return, please contact us.
Please note: All items must have a Return Authorization Number issued by a customer service representative. Items returned that do not have a Return Authorization Number and/or do not meet the criteria of the returns & exchanges policies listed above will not be refunded, exchanged, or returned.

Store Pick-up
If you live in Gothenburg, or feel like visiting this fine city of ours - you can always pick up your order and pay for it in the store. Just choose Store Pick-Up as payment method when checking out your shopping cart. Note that your order will only be hold for a maximum of 36h - then it will be available in the shop again for others to buy.
